What are the key features of the game?

The game is very wide open:

You can mine ore for smiting into weapons and armor.
Brew wine from grapes.
Buy houses and set up a store.
Buy horses and ride them.
Pick herbs and flowers for potions.
Fashion clothing.
Create spells and cast them.
Set up clans, join clans, and utilize clan houses.

Does the game cost anything to play?

Dark Fire Online is currently in the alpha testing phase and soon will be going into its beta phase, while in testing the game will remain free. Around August 1st it will come out of testing and will be playable on a subscription basis (fee unannounced at this point) or in a free play area.

Is there an official tutorial?
